Rahul Vaidya REACTS to being slammed for tweet about India’s ousting from T20 World Cup

In a shocking turn of events for cricket fans, England beat India in the second semi-final of the ICC T20 World Cup 2022, knocking them out of the mega event. Now, Pakistan will face England in the 2022 T20 World Cup Final.
The ousting of the Men in Blue from one of the biggest matches of the year understandably upset fans, including celebrities. And while some like Ajay Devgn and Arjun Rampal shared dignified opinions on social media, others called out the team for its poor performance and inability to perform in high octane situations.
Following India’s loss, singer and former Bigg Boss competitor Rahul Vaidya shared his opinion, tweeting, “But as a BIG INDIAN CRICKET FAN, I have one complaint… INDIA ALWAYS fails to winning an ICC World Tournament!!! And believe it or not The IPL is a big reason for that.”

However, it didn’t sit well with one netizen, who hurled profanity at the famed singer, calling him less than desirable names.

Now Rahul Vaidya reacted to the same. Referring to the fact that Tesla owner Elon Musk, who after his acquisition of the social media platform introduced an $8 fee for verified accounts, he wrote: “See, I’ll pay $8 to see that.”

A number of fans reacted to Rahul’s tweet, with one writing, “Please ignore these shameless people jo fake account se bakwaas karte hai.” A second shared, “We love you @rahulvaidya23 They’re unemployed,” while a third wrote, “Why are you answering all this Rahul? Ignore him!”

For the uninitiated, England, led by Jos Butler, outscored India by 10 wickets in an incredibly one-sided semi-final at the Adelaide Ring. India went 168 on the board following Buttler’s decision to play first. Half-centuries of Virat Kohli and Hardik Pandya played a key role in this total. However, the Indian team’s bowling unit could not make their mark with Hales and Butler in full riot.
