Aerotruth, a startup specializing in B2B onboarding process, has added Abu Dhabi’s LuLu Financial Holdings and Nepalese money transfer service Samsara Remit as platforms using its service, according to a press release.
Aerotruth’s platform is designed to facilitate the business-to-business (B2B) integration of FinTechs and banks or other financial institutions.
Joseph Cleetus, head of business transformation at LuLu Financial Holdings, said the company’s FinTech arm, Digit9, wants to digitize its partner onboarding process. He said Aerotruth helped with that.
Meanwhile, Suraj Chhetri, Business Development Manager of Samsara Remit, said the idea is to move away from manual onboarding, adding a digital solution and smoother user experiences.
Aerotruth’s platform manages document exchanges as companies onboard new and existing partners.
Aerotruth customers can also network with each other, providing a pre-qualified pathway for partnership and network growth, according to the report.

PYMNTS wrote that there has been a move towards AI as a way to connect various segments of the connected economy. This includes an anti-fraud instrument, with behavioral analytics adding new ways for candidates to capture details during onboarding.
AI also powers payments. In a study between PYMNTS and Routable, titled “High-Volume Accounts Payable: Achieving Long-Term Growth Through Automation,” companies said that automating accounts payable was one way to help drive growth.
The study indicated that automation was most robust when AI was used to examine data, find discrepancies, and correct errors in the background without too much disruption.
AI could also be used in the consumer space to build loyalty, the report says, by adding ways to connect things together.
