Andrew was in great form last week, including winners at 11-1, 7-1, 7-1 and 6-1, and has three caps at Stratford, Plumpton and Wolverhampton on Monday March 14. Take his advice this week and throughout the year on horse racing betting sites with the lowdown on his latest picks below:
RAFFLES GITANE (system – Harry Whittington, young hunters of French race)
Harry Whittington has an excellent record with his young French-bred hunters (aged four to six), scoring with 18 of 47 qualified (38.3% strike rate) for a profit of £25.26 for a stake £1 level at SP. RAFFLES GITANE contributed with a 7-1 success at Huntingdon in late January and may have more to offer now that she has returned to a left-handed track (she has jumped to her right on some occasions).
BLAME THE GAME (system – Chris Gordon hurdlers in the cheeks for the first time)
Chris Gordon has a record eight of 44 with hurdles in his cheeks for the first time (18.2% strike rate) and backing them up blind would have netted a profit of £45.25 at a level stake £1 at SP. Nine of them ran over fences in their last start, including two big-money winners (25-1 and 16-1). BLAME THE GAME was stopped in a novice handicap chase at Market Rasen last time out, but it might be worth a try now to get back to hurdles. He disappointed when he was favorite for this race last year, but he is 13 pounds lighter this time around and 3 pounds lighter than his last winning mark.
RED EVELYN (system – father Garswood, 4)
The progeny of stallion Garswood was slow to come and backing all four-year-old reps reportedly found 35 winners from 194 bets (18% strike rate) for a whopping £121.03 profit. EVELYNE ROUGEWolverhampton’s only previous visit saw them finish second by a neckline and the first-time visor could provide some improvement.
